4m Mako Outboard Fuel Line 5/16" (7.95mm) - TYPE B1

This premium marine fuel line by Mako is designed for use in marine diesel and gasoline applications. It provides a durable, high-quality solution for connecting rigid fuel distribution lines to your motor, specifically suited for open or underfloor environments.

TYPE B1: The fuel hoses feed fuel from the boats fuel tank to the fuel filter above deck. Suitable for most outboard motor applications. If the fuel hose is located under deck (larger boats) then A1 (Flame retardant features) may be required. In some cases a metal or A1 fuel hose is used underdeck and then joined to B1 fuel hose when it is above deck to connect to the fuel filter.

• Optimal Fuel Flow: Larger 3/8" (9.5mm) diameter fuel line is recommended for motors 40hp and above to prevent running lean at high speeds, which can lead to engine damage. For engines under 40hp, 5/16" is the ideal fuel pipe diameter.
• UV-Stabilised Grey Exterior: Designed to withstand harsh marine conditions, the outer layer is resistant to UV rays, extending its lifespan.
