Price Beat Conditions
To qualify for our Price Beat, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be identical (same brand, model, size, specifications)
- The competitor must be:
- An Australian-based retailer
- Selling the item new and in stock
- The competitor’s price must be:
- Publicly advertised
- In AUD
- Inclusive of GST (shipping excluded unless comparable)
- The request must be made before checkout
Exclusions
Our Price Beat does not apply to:
- Clearance, run-out, liquidation or closing-down sales
- Auction sites or marketplaces (e.g. eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree)
- Overseas retailers
- Typographical or pricing errors
- Bundles, bulk deals, free gift promotions, or member-only pricing
- Gift cards
- Cashback or coupon offers
- Wholesale quantities
Important Notes
- Price Beat discounts are provided via a single-use discount code
- Codes are time-limited and cannot be reused or shared
